If you want to build it from scratch, first take the measurements of the number plate holder and the various bolts to avoid drilling into the tail. If you're unsure of the result, first make a cardboard template, and if the result satisfies you and everything aligns, proceed to build the piece to mount on the bike.

If you lack the equipment, you can go to a laser cutting company with the measurements and for about £15, you will get the piece. With this method, you can have a foldable number plate holder that will help prevent mud from covering the letters.

Finally, simply position the plate under the lower tail of the bike and securely tighten the two screws to keep it in place.
