How to remove the rear shock absorber of a KTM EXC

Before we can start, we will have to lift our KTM EXC from the bottom of the frame, so as to decrease the load on the shock absorber. So let's start by unscrewing and removing the nut that fixes the lower shock absorber pin, and then removing the pin itself. After that, we will have to repeat this last step for the top pin. Once we have removed both pins holding the shock absorber, we will have freed the shock absorber. At this point, we will be able to extract and remove the shock absorber from its housing, and we will have successfully completed the disassembly.

How do you replace the exhaust pipe of the Husaberg FS 570?

In order to replace the exhaust pipe of the Husaberg FS 570, you need to loosen the screws that secure the side panel of the rear fender: once this panel has been removed, you can locate the screws that secure the brackets positioned near the exhaust pipe. Once the screws of these brackets have been loosened, you can proceed by widening the connecting clamp that joins the muffler to the collector: this way you can completely remove the old exhaust pipe in order to insert the new one along with all the removed parts.
