To replace the rear brake pads on a KTM EXC-300, remove the retaining ring that secures the pin at the top of the caliper. This will allow the pin to be slid out, freeing the pads, which can then be removed from the top. Once extracted, insert the new spare parts, which must then be secured with the corresponding pin at the top. When the pin is inserted, secure it with the retaining ring and ensure everything functions correctly.
