Model: Ktm Exc 125
Part: Bearing

To replace the main bearings of the KTM EXC 125, you need to completely disassemble the two crankcase halves, allowing easy access to the components inside. At this point, remove the oil seals and also the sprocket, using a screwdriver as a lever. Once these have been removed, you can slide out the main bearings by tapping the centre of the bearings with a hammer. To extract them, it may be necessary to heat the crankcases to expand their housings: when the old bearings have been removed, you can insert the new ones by reassembling all the previously removed parts.
