Today's instructions will show you how to disassemble and replace the piston in the engine assembly of the KTM EXC 125 enduro bike. First, place the bike on a stand and begin unscrewing the bolts securing the exhaust, removing the silencer first and then the exhaust manifold. Next, unscrew the head bolts and carefully remove the cylinder, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect the piston pin to remove it and replace it with the new one; correctly reassemble the new engine unit following the reverse order of disassembly!
