Model: Ktm Exc 125

In today's video, you will see how to disassemble and replace the piston of the engine assembly on a KTM EXC 125 two-stroke motorcycle. First, remove the exhaust by disconnecting the nuts on the exhaust manifold; then disassemble the engine assembly, starting with the spark plug. Next, unscrew the head bolts using a socket spanner to remove it, and unscrew the nuts at the base of the cylinder to take it off. Now remove the clip and the piston pin, replacing it with the new one; lubricate everything and reassemble the engine assembly!

How to Replace the Air Filter on the Benelli TRK 502X?
