In this video tutorial, you will learn how to dismantle and replace the cylinder assembly, as well as the cylinder head, cylinder, and piston on the KTM EXC 125 enduro bike. First, place your bike on a stand and begin removing the side panels.

Next, disconnect the spark plug's electrical connector and unscrew the spark plug for removal, as shown in the video. Now, unscrew the cylinder head fixing screws, then slide off the cylinder and subsequently remove the piston pin to take out the piston.

Install the new cylinder assembly by following the reverse procedure!
