To replace the battery on a KTM RC 390, first loosen the screws securing the seat so it can be completely removed from its housing. Once the seat is removed, loosen the screws securing the fairings protecting the fuel tank and remove them completely. After detaching these fairings, you will find the battery in front of the tank. The device must be freed from its housing by unscrewing the screws and disconnecting the power cables. This will allow you to remove the old battery and replace it with a new one.
