In this brief and simple guide, you will find instructions to remove and replace all the plastic fairings of the KTM EXC 500. First, place your bike on a stand and start unscrewing the screws of the plastic fairings located on the sides; then remove the plastic cover of the fuel tank by unscrewing the side screws, followed by the removal of the front mudguard and the rear tail, as shown in the video.

At this point, disconnect any wiring from the plastics, replacing them if necessary, following the video tutorial until the end!
