To replace the clutch on the KTM EXC 500, loosen the screws securing the cover on the right side of the bike. Once these screws are loosened, remove the cover to access the clutch underneath. The clutch can then be removed by loosening the screws that secure its discs. At this point, you can install the new replacement clutch, securely fastening all the discs that comprise it. After installation, verify that everything functions correctly.
