Today's instructions will show you how to remove and replace the side stand on the KTM Exc 500 enduro bike. First, disconnect and remove the existing spring from the stand using pliers; then, unscrew the bolt of the pin along with its washer, removing the stand from its axis as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new side stand by correctly inserting it into place and replacing the nut and washer if necessary; tighten properly and check that the stand rotates smoothly.
