How to replace the fork seals and oil on the KTM EXC 200.

Below we will see the main instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the seals and fork oil of the Ktm EXC 200 enduro motorcycle. First, we put the motorcycle on the stand and start unscrewing the screws of the central plate of the handlebar; then we unscrew the screws of the front fork, in order to remove the entire stem, disconnecting it from the lower part, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove the fork seal and check the wear conditions of the spring; after replacing the seals, we can reassemble our fork, pouring the appropriate oil.

Replacement of the saddle lining on Yamaha Fazer 600

Remove the saddle from the motorcycle: usually, the saddle is fixed with screws or hooks that can be removed with standard tools such as screwdrivers or Allen keys. Remove the old cover: remove the staples or screws that hold the cover in place. Be careful not to damage the foam or underlying material. Prepare the new cover. Measure and cut the new cover according to the dimensions of the saddle. If necessary, add a layer of foam to increase comfort. Place the new cover on the saddle and start securing it from the center towards the sides. Use a fabric stapler to secure the cover to the base of the saddle. Make sure the cover is tight and without wrinkles. Trim the excess material and make sure everything is securely fixed.
