Disassembly of the variator on a Kymco 50 cc scooter

To begin, place the scooter on the stand and simply unscrew the bolts that secure the variator casing. At this point unscrew the central nuts of the variator, remove the discs and the drive belt. Now you can open the variator and change the rollers, or replace the contrast spring or even change the transmission belt if damaged. After this simple and quick disassembly shown in the video you can in short replace every part of your transmission. Then reassemble everything obviously proceeding backwards and making sure that everything is well in place.

How do you replace the fork of the Beta Xtrainer?

The replacement of the Beta Xtrainer fork is done by loosening the screws that fix the front wheel to its housing: the screws will be located on the sides of the lower part of the fork. Furthermore, it will be necessary to unscrew the screws that fix the front brake caliper, so that it is removed from the disc. Now it will be possible to proceed by removing the wheel so that the fork is released: the fork must in turn be detached from its housing by loosening the screws on the upper part and removing the clamps corresponding to the fender. By doing so, it will be possible to insert the new fork and assemble all the removed parts.
