In this video tutorial, you will learn how to disassemble the variator and replace the rollers on the Kymco TSR scooter by following these simple steps. First, position the scooter on the centre stand and remove all the screws from the clutch cover located on the left; then remove the central screw of the fan, followed by the belt, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the variator and extract the rollers, replacing them with new ones (of the correct type); finally, reassemble all components, following the video tutorial to the end!
