First, you will need a socket spanner and a container for collecting the used oil. Under the engine cover, you will find the oil drain plug; use the socket spanner to unscrew the plug, ensuring the container is placed on the floor to collect the used oil. Wait a few minutes for all the oil to drain out and then re-screw the plug after cleaning the filter.

Finally, fill the system with new oil.

How to Replace the Exhaust on the Sherco SEF-R 450?

To replace the exhaust on the Sherco SEF-R 450, loosen the screws securing the side panel of the mudguard on its right side. Once this panel is completely removed, you can locate the underlying exhaust, which must be freed from its housing by unscrewing the appropriate screws. After the support screws are removed, widen the ring connecting the exhaust to the exhaust manifold, and then you can completely remove it.
