Today's guide will show us the steps on how to disassemble and remove the throttle body of the Kymco Xciting 500 scooter for cleaning. First, we put the scooter on the center stand and lift the seat and remove the storage compartment under the seat by unscrewing the fixing screws. Then, we disconnect the electrical connector of the throttle body and disconnect the two throttle cables, as shown in the video. At this point, we unscrew the metal clamps, disconnect the sleeves, and remove the throttle body. We clean it with specific degreasers and finally reassemble the throttle body!

In order to replace the battery of the BMW R 1200 GS LC a screwdriver must be used so that it is possible to loosen the screws that secure the protective casing located on the right side of the motorcycle, under the tank. By removing this cover, it will be possible to loosen the bolts that secure the transverse bracket that blocks the battery and disconnect its cables. By loosening the last retaining bolts, the battery can be removed from its housing and replaced with a new spare part. After installation, it will need to be connected and fixed with the appropriate cross bracket.
