Removing the exhaust on a Kymco Agility 125

Preparation: Ensure the motorcycle is turned off and the centre stand is positioned correctly. Check that the motorcycle is stable and secure.

Remove the exhaust end can: Locate the exhaust end can, which is the final part of the exhaust system. Disconnect any screws or bolts holding the end can in place.

Remove the end can by gently pulling it outwards. Remove the collector: Follow the exhaust pipe from the rear of the motorcycle to the collector.

Disconnect the screws or bolts securing the collector to the engine head. Carefully remove the collector.

Check the exhaust system: Inspect the exhaust system for any damage or wear. Clean the contact surfaces and remove any debris.

Installation of the new exhaust: Install the new collector and end can following the manufacturer's instructions. Ensure all screws or bolts are securely fastened.

Verify that the exhaust system is positioned correctly and does not interfere with other parts of the motorcycle. Final test: Start the motorcycle and check for any leaks or unusual noises from the exhaust system.

Take a short test ride to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
