The video guide demonstrates the steps to take if you wish to replace the CD player located in place of the glove compartment. This guide is also valid if you want to replace the multi-CD with an empty compartment. The operation is quite quick, and you will work with the drawer open. First, unclip the right side wall, then unscrew the 4 screws present, two at the top and two at the bottom of the compartment. Partially extract the drawer and proceed to remove the connectors at the back. This operation was performed on a Lancia Thesis.

How to Reset the Central Locking of the Volkswagen Golf 4?

If the central locking system of the Volkswagen Golf 4 is not working, it is likely necessary to reset the system: to do this, open the driver's door and detach the side panel of the dashboard next to the steering wheel. Under this panel, you will find the fuses, including the one for the central locking, which is indicated in the manual as number 14.
