Let's see how to connect the smartphone to the Lexus UX: the procedure is similar for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. First, turn on the vehicle's instrument panel, enabling Bluetooth visibility from the car menu, and at the same time, also activate Bluetooth visibility on your smartphone.

In the car, tap the "Phone" icon, select "Add a Device," and then choose the name of your phone from the list of found devices.

On your phone, confirm the connection when prompted, accepting the request to share contacts for the address book. A connection message will appear on the car's display, and the phone icon will show up on the screen.

This entire operation is carried out via a USB cable.
