To replace the stator on the LML Star, remove the right-hand engine cover by simply unfastening it. Underneath, there will be six bolts that need to be loosened to remove the plastic cover. Next, unscrew the nut on the central shaft while holding the fan in place; this will allow you to remove the flywheel, beneath which the stator is located. By disconnecting the connectors and loosening its mounting screws, the stator can be extracted from its housing and replaced. After replacement, refit all previously removed parts.
