To replace the transmission on a Malaguti Firefox F15, first loosen all the bolts securing the protective cover of the casing. This should then be removed, and you can unscrew the nut that secures the central pin of the variator. The variator can then be slid off; the same operation should be performed for the clutch. After removing the bell, loosen all other bolts to remove the discs. Once the clutch and variator are removed, you can slide off the belt and replace all previously removed parts.
