If you want to customize the center console on this vehicle, you can follow the instructions provided in this description and in this video. The first step is to access the cabin and remove the passenger side seat.

Then take the new console and position it around the handbrake lever. To ensure a perfect fit to the floor of the vehicle, you will need to trim the plastic to size.

Next, remove the plastic panel around the gear shift and modify it for connection to the new panel. Then paint both components and finally install them.
