How to Change the Dashboard Background Color on the Maxus G50

Let's see how to replace the dashboard illumination bulb with a colored one. Locate the two screws securing the dashboard in the center of the panel. Then, pull out the plastic dashboard panel and remove the screws securing the cover (upper bezel) of the dashboard. Next, unscrew the screws holding the dashboard itself so you can pull it out. Disconnect the rear power connectors and locate the six bulbs that illuminate the dashboard. Rotate each one a half turn to remove them. After that, take the new bulbs and install them. Finally, reassemble all components in reverse order.
