How to replace the engine oil and oil filter of the Maxus T60.

Model: Maxus T60 MK 1 - Years 2016-2024
Part: Engine oil

This short guide will illustrate the main steps to perform ordinary maintenance on the Maxus T60, replacing the engine oil and oil filter. First, we lift the vehicle and start unscrewing the oil drain plug found on the oil pan, letting the old oil drain into a container for about ten minutes. Then, we open the engine hood and remove the turbocharger hose, accessing the oil filter. We unscrew and replace the oil filter cartridge, screwing it in by hand and tightening it gently. Finally, we top up the oil!

How to Dismantle the Heating Radiator on a Mini Cooper

Let’s see how to dismantle the heating radiator on a Mini Cooper. First, remove the plastic cover of the centre tunnel (located under the centre tunnel on the left). Unscrew the securing screws with a screwdriver, and remove the black plastic cover that hides the heating radiator. Once all the described operations are completed, move to the engine bay: remove the plastic engine cover and disconnect the two hoses (unscrew the securing clips if present) of the radiator that goes into the cabin, allowing the fluid to drain. Disconnect the radiator from the pipes inside the cabin. Work in reverse for all the assembly steps.
