It may be necessary to reset this system in case it cannot temporarily activate, or if there are temporary malfunctions indicated by the yellow warning light. In these cases, the reset can help reassess the operating conditions of the system. There are two methods: the first one is to disconnect the battery for at least thirty seconds. If you do not want to do this operation, which then requires entering the radio code, you can press the brake pedal for thirty seconds with the instrument panel off. We will achieve the same result.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?
