Replacement of Front Brake Discs and Pads

Model: Mazda 3 BK, MK 1 - Years 2003-2009

Lift the vehicle with a jack but secure it using an axle stand, remove the wheel and retract the brake caliper piston by prying between the disc and pads with a screwdriver (it is not necessary to unscrew the caliper bleed screw).
Unscrew the fixing pins of the brake caliper to the bracket, remove the bracket, and take off the brake disc. Fit the new disc, reassemble the bracket, the caliper, and a new set of pads with the respective retaining spring. Pay attention during the initial braking to allow the caliper and pads to bed in.

How to Reset the Central Locking of the Volkswagen Golf 4?

If the central locking system of the Volkswagen Golf 4 is not working, it is likely necessary to reset the system: to do this, open the driver's door and detach the side panel of the dashboard next to the steering wheel. Under this panel, you will find the fuses, including the one for the central locking, which is indicated in the manual as number 14.
