Replacement of Rear Bonnet Gas Struts

When the gas struts supporting the rear bonnet lose pressure, it can no longer hold itself up and slows down its closure: replacing them is extremely simple and does not require special tools or experience. Fully open the rear bonnet and detach the head of the strut which is simply clipped onto the ball joint (lever it off with a screwdriver); remove the old strut and fit the new one by correctly clipping the head into the ball joint; proceed in the same way for the strut on the other side.
