This guide shows how to remove the standard radio from a Mazda CX 7 Mk1. First, remove the trim panel of the radio and unscrew the four cross-head screws securing the radio. Using a plastic lever, help to extract the electronic unit and disconnect all the electrical cables. At this point, according to the connection specifications defined in the manual of the new radio, install all the necessary electrical components. Fit the new audio unit in place and complete the connections. Check that the radio functions correctly and secure it in position.
