To reset the Service light on the Mazda 2, turn on the instrument panel to access the menu on the central display of the dashboard. Select the icon on the left, which is the "Applications" option: the last entry in this menu will be "Maintenance", with the icon of a spanner next to it. Selecting this option will open another menu, where the "Reset" option will be present: select it and confirm by choosing "Yes", so that the Service light disappears from the instrument panel, resetting the maintenance interval as well.
