To adjust the seat on a Mazda CX-3, use the appropriate levers located near the seat: these levers are positioned on the side by the door and at the front lower part. The left levers allow you to adjust the backrest angle (the upper one) and the seat height (the lower one): simply lift the corresponding lever and move the seat in the desired direction.

You can also adjust the seat position using the central lever by lifting it and sliding the seat forwards or backwards.
