To reset the radio on a Mercedes Sprinter, use a tool to pry off the panel surrounding the radio. Once this panel is removed, proceed to loosen the screws securing the radio in its place to extract it. When the old radio is removed, disconnect the connector inside.

Leave the device disconnected for a few seconds, so when it is reconnected, it will be fully reset.
