How to reset the radio in the Mercedes Sprinter?

To reset the radio in the Mercedes Sprinter, you need to turn on the instrument cluster by inserting the key into the ignition: once the instrument cluster is powered on, press and hold the TEL button located on the central dashboard panel and the hands-free button on the right side of the steering wheel simultaneously. After a few seconds, you will notice that the central display of the radio turns black and then lights up again after a few seconds: all settings will have been restored and the reset will be complete.
