To reset the radio in the Mercedes Sprinter, you need to turn on the instrument cluster by inserting the key into the ignition: once the instrument cluster is powered on, press and hold the TEL button located on the central dashboard panel and the hands-free button on the right side of the steering wheel simultaneously.

After a few seconds, you will notice that the central display of the radio turns black and then lights up again after a few seconds: all settings will have been restored and the reset will be complete.
