Removing the rear bumper on a Mercedes-Benz A-Class W176 is a straightforward task you can do yourself. The first step is to remove the wheel arch liner and the screws securing the lower side panels of the vehicle.

The second step is to open the trunk and unscrew the bolts to remove the inner cover, allowing access to the outer body. The third step is to remove the two inner nuts and disconnect the connectors for the rear light assemblies.

The fourth step is to pull the bumper outwards to remove it.
