In this video, you can see how to remove and clean the AdBlue injector on a Mercedes C-Class W205: to access the injector, go under the vehicle, preferably lifting it slightly for easier access. You will see that the injector is completely blocked by the crystallization of the additive, which has deposited around the nozzle; the same applies to the seat, where the threads are completely dirty with that kind of "foam" that has formed around it. You can remove it mechanically with a metal hook, but a much more practical and cleaner method is to use simple hot water, which will perfectly clean the nozzle and seat.
