You can modify the clock displayed on the instrument cluster of the Mercedes Sprinter by turning on the ignition and turning the key in the ignition switch. Once the instrument cluster is powered on, navigate through the central display using the button on the left of the cluster.

When the hour number starts flashing, you can adjust it using the + and - buttons located on the right side of the instrument cluster. Then, you can change the minutes by pressing the button on the left of the cluster again and using the buttons just mentioned.
