How to Set the Time and Date on a Mercedes Sprinter

Model: Mercedes Sprinter MK 2, W906 - Years 2006-2018

On the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, park on a level surface and work with the vehicle stationary, with the handbrake engaged. Turn the key to the 'on' position and wait for the instrument cluster display to activate. Use the onboard computer controls (on the multifunction steering wheel or dedicated controls, depending on the trim) to enter the main menu and navigate to the Settings section. Within the Sprinter settings, scroll to the Time/Date option (or equivalent) and open it. First, set the time by adjusting the hours and then the minutes, confirming each change with the confirmation button (OK/SET or equivalent). Then, move to the date and set the day, month, and year, saving when prompted. Exit the menu and check the instrument cluster of the Sprinter to ensure the time and date are correct. If the time/date option is not present on the display, on some trims, the setting can be managed from the radio unit: in that case, enter the radio settings and look for the 'Clock' section.
