How to open the fuel tank cap of the Mercedes G-Class

Today we will explain how to open and close the fuel tank door and the fuel tank cap of a Mercedes G-Class car. To open the fuel tank door, the car must be unlocked, then we get out of the vehicle and go in front of the tank door, press on it to open it and turn the tank cap counterclockwise to refuel. To close the cap, simply insert it and turn it clockwise, then close the door by resting it on the bodywork. If the door or cap do not open, it may be necessary to remove the right side panel of the trunk to access it from the inside.
