The Service indicator that appears on the instrument panel of the Mercedes C-Class can be reset by navigating through the menu that appears on the instrument panel using the buttons on the left side of the steering wheel. When the option with the remaining kilometers until the next maintenance is identified, the buttons on the bottom left of the steering wheel and the one on the top right of the steering wheel must be held down.

In this way, the Service indicator will be completely reset and it will be possible to turn off the instrument panel by turning the key. It will also be possible to verify that the reset has occurred correctly by turning on the instrument panel again.
