On many Mercedes vehicles, a device called "Pre-Safe" is installed, which constantly monitors driving conditions, such as speed, distance from other vehicles, or steering angle. If the system detects a high risk of collision, it activates preventively, implementing a series of measures to protect the occupants: it closes the windows, tightens the seat belts, finds the optimal seat positions, preloads the brakes, gives audible and visual warnings to alert the driver of the danger, and in some vehicles the system signals to following vehicles the danger of an imminent rear-end collision with a rapid flashing of the hazard lights.

How to Reset the Tyre Pressure Light on the Opel Grandland X

While driving, if you notice the tyre pressure warning light coming on, first check the actual inflation pressure of the tyres and, if necessary, restore the pressures recommended by the manufacturer. After restoring the correct pressures, you need to reset the warning light that has illuminated on the instrument cluster. To do this, locate the reset button on the lower central console. Press this button and hold it down for at least 3 seconds, after which the low pressure indication will turn off.
