Removing the Front Seat on a Mercedes

Want to remove the front seat from a Mercedes? Here’s how to do it. Move the seat back using the electric buttons, then raise the seat base. Next, unscrew the securing bolts on the front rail using a socket wrench. Move the seat forward again using the adjustment buttons and remove the securing pins from the rear of the rail. Disconnect the power connectors for the front seat. Remove the seat from inside the Mercedes cabin. Fit the new seat onto the sliding rails and tighten the securing bolts.
