Replacing the battery of the remote control for Mercedes vehicles is a very simple and quick operation to be carried out independently. The battery we will insert in place of the worn one is a CR 2025. To replace the battery, we must remove the top part of the remote control by pressing the button on the side of it. We insert the emergency key that was just removed inside to apply pressure and open the remote control. Once the remote control is open, we can proceed with the battery replacement. We then close the remote control and reinsert the emergency metal key inside, and test the operation of the remote control by going near the vehicle.
