In this video, you can see how to set neutral on the automatic transmission of a 2013 Mercedes C-Class in case of an emergency. First, remove the leather shift boot using a plastic trim tool to avoid scratching anything. At the bottom right, you will find a yellow tab that you need to press, then pull it towards the neutral position. Release it to return it to its original position, and at this point, you can shift the lever into the neutral position. Reinstall the leather shift boot, and you're done.
