How to Remove the Front Headlight on a Mercedes Vito

Model: Mercedes Vito W639, MK 2 - Years 2003-2013

To remove the front headlight on a Mercedes Vito, open the vehicle's bonnet and locate the headlight fixing screws at the top of the headlight assembly. Unscrew these screws with a suitable spanner or screwdriver. Next, locate the other side or bottom fixing points and remove those as well. Once all screws are removed, gently pull the headlight outwards to slide it out of its housing in the bumper and wing. Before completely removing it, disconnect the electrical connector attached to the headlight assembly. After disconnecting the wiring, the headlight can be fully removed from the vehicle.
