How to replace the front headlight of the Mercedes Vito

Replacing the front headlights of Mercedes Vito W638 model vehicles is a simple and quick operation to be carried out independently. To perform this operation, we need to open the front hood of the vehicle and use a star screwdriver to unscrew the fixing element of the radiator grille. After removing the grille, we must remove the turn signal fastener using round-nose pliers. After removing the fastener, we remove the turn signals and disconnect the connector from the headlight. Disconnect the headlight regulator pressure tube using the round-nose pliers again. Unscrew the headlight fixing elements and remove the headlight. Disconnect the headlight protective cover fastener in order to remove it. Disconnect the bulb connectors and fixing elements. Remove the bulb and assemble the removed elements. Connect the headlight to its connector and fix the elements. Connect the headlight pressure tube and turn signals. Assemble the radiator grille and close the hood.
