In this video, see where the AdBlue control unit is located on the Mercedes GLC 350: it is positioned near the AdBlue tank, accessible from the hatch under the trunk mat. It is a silver electronic box with multiple connectors, often marked with SCR or BlueTec labels.

The tank is located next to the fuel filler neck labeled AdBlue. A faulty control unit causes errors such as "AdBlue malfunction". At temperatures below 11°F, the fluid solidifies (the system has a heating element).

If the control unit is defective, replacement requires software coding, which is done only by authorized service centers.
