Where is the ECU in the Mercedes Sprinter W906?

In this video, you will see where the engine control unit (ECU) is located in the Mercedes Sprinter W906. For left-hand drive models, the ECU is located in the engine compartment, in front of the driver. In the OM651 engines, it is mounted high on the rear wall of the engine compartment and is clearly visible, as shown in the video. It is positioned next to the coolant expansion tank and may be partially covered by a plastic cover that can be removed by hand. The unit is made of aluminium, with cooling fins and a large lever connector that is removed by pulling the lever upwards. The 6-cylinder version has a specific configuration, and the ECU is lower down, still on the left side, behind the expansion tank.
