How to Check the Oil Level on a Mercedes CLK

Learn how to measure the oil level on a Mercedes CLK: after turning off the vehicle and waiting a few minutes, turn on the ignition and navigate using the multifunction steering wheel buttons until you see the odometer: press the down arrow button as shown in the video, until the message "correct measurement only if the vehicle is level" appears. Once this condition is confirmed, the measurement will start automatically after 3 seconds, and the display will show the message "engine oil level, measurement in progress". After a few seconds, the display will show the result: the message "engine oil level OK" appears in the video. Other messages may include "check engine oil level" if it is too low; "engine oil level absent, stop the engine"; "engine oil level too high, reduce the level"; "visit the workshop for oil level sensor replacement".
