In this video, it shows how to reset the service light on a Mercedes Vito vehicle. Get in the vehicle, insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the first position, which will activate the instrument panel without starting the engine. At this point, use the buttons on the steering wheel to access the settings menu; navigate through the options using the arrow buttons until you select "maintenance interval". Proceed by selecting "reset oil interval" and confirm the selected option by pressing the OK button. Turn off and turn on the ignition again to check that the light has disappeared.
