Here are the tips for safely replacing the battery in your Mercedes. First, ensure the handbrake is engaged. Then, work under the driver's seat. Unscrew the latch lever of the cover that conceals the battery compartment to release it. Using a 10mm socket, unscrew the bolts securing the plate that immobilises the battery, and carefully extract it, paying attention to the acid drain tube. Unscrew the nut connecting the cable to the battery to comfortably access the second nut. After removing the second terminal from its seat, you can finally install the new replacement.

How to change the time on a Toyota Yaris
