Here are the tips for replacing the battery in your Mercedes safely. First, let's make sure you have engaged the handbrake. Then we go to act under the driver's seat. We unscrew the safety lever of the door that covers the compartment of the battery to be replaced, and we will disengage the same. With a 10mm wrench unscrew the bolts that block the plate that immobilizes the battery, extract it paying attention to the acid vent tube. We unscrew the nut that connects the cable to the battery in order to be able to act comfortably also on the second nut. After having removed the second clamp from its seat, we can finally place the new spare part.
