How to Unlock the Service Menu on the Mercedes A-Class

Model: Mercedes Classe A W177 - Years 2018-2026

In this video, you can see how to access the service menu on the Mercedes A-Class W177: from here, you can check the oil level, which is essential since there is no dipstick; engine codes, maintenance data, and much more. Turn on the ignition (all doors must be closed) and on the multifunction steering wheel, press the "Ok" button, the "back" button, and the call button simultaneously. Hold them until the standard messages disappear from the screen and the workshop menu appears. Once inside, you can navigate using the directional buttons on the steering wheel. Here you can find the oil level and temperature, VIN, engine number, vehicle model code (W177), brake pad status, remaining time and miles until the next service, and engine oil codes. To exit, simply turn off the ignition. When you turn it back on, the system will return to the standard display.
